Notes:
Gravity seemed a little high at racking, and hadn't changed after a week secondary fermentation. A second week was given to make sure. No obvious sweet taste though. Still quite high after 2nd week of secondary, but stable, so bottled anyway. Low-mid carbonation bulk prime (115 g).
